Business Process Standardization – FMCG

The company manufactures biscuits for Britannia Industries limited.

While the manufacturing process were standard as it was designed by their client, they seem to have issues with respect to business processes to meet the standards established by their client.

The need was to have a standardized processes, identify inefficiencies and improve.

Role - Business Process Consultant

Project Activities
Project management, stakeholder management, study current state, prepare CSVSM, Process Analysis, prepare FSVSM, Should be process design, documentation, Implementation and user Training.

Consulting Notes

This project gave me an opportunity to learn business consulting. I had experience in business consulting but all were mostly with done in IT systems perspective. This was pure business consulting! This project is one my favorites.

Our engagement resolved many business issues such as clarity in processes, roles and responsibilities and surfaced few hidden process inefficiencies.
